Congratulations on becoming a new member of Richway. Now, you have taken the first step towards a new path of success in your life. Richway was founded in 1997 as a Hawaiian company and now has a history of 26 years.

By combining natural amethyst and tourmaline, as well as advanced far infrared and negative ion technologies, Richway developed a bio mat that has been introduced to many people, governments, organizations, and hospitals.

The Bio mat is used for rapid patient recovery in many hospitals, and the US government also uses it for Vocational Rehabilitation. Most cancer centers and nursing homes in Korea also use bio mats on their patients with good results. Many athletes from around the world also use bio mats for better records and results.

In addition, Richway sells Alkal-Life 7000sL, the most advanced water purifier in the world, and NMN Octa, the world's best advanced health food. Richway is always developing new cutting-edge technologies. These differentiated new products will be a great strength for you to lead Richway's business to success.

The moment you become a Richway salesperson, you are already on the path to success. Especially, the Fast Success Program makes it easier and faster for you to adapt to Richway's business. The average membership period of most multi-level marketing salespeople is less than three months. However, the average membership period of Richway salespeople is over 15 years. This significant difference is because Richway's compensation plan is superior to any other companies, allowing you to consistently earn higher income. The biggest problem with other multi-level marketing companies is that you must continue to purchase a certain number of products every month and meet a monthly quota of product sales while working. Therefore, those who work hard do not necessarily earn more income, but rather, the products accumulate in their homes.

Richway's compensation plan was the first to solve this problem. During your Richway business, you will not be under any stress, and you can conduct your business without any conditions, mandatory product purchases, or mandatory product sales. Richway's compensation plan does not have a monthly quota condition, so you can conduct your business with a comfortable mind without the need to accumulate any inventory. Therefore, your Gross Income becomes your Net Income. Richway's business philosophy is based on the Bible.

Success and failure in life often depend on how much we understand about a particular subject. Today, let's discuss financial success with an open mind.

Have you ever wondered why some people become wealthy and live an abundant life while others struggle to make ends meet? The secret lies in our misconceptions about what it takes to be successful. One crucial difference between the poor and the rich is that the former work hard only for themselves, exchanging only their labor and time for money, while the rich work hard for many people in the system. They are the ones who turn time into money and create added value beyond what one person can achieve.

This principle applies universally because money is always an exchange for someone's labor and time. Regardless of how hard an individual works, they cannot work continuously for more than 8 hours out of 24 hours a day. Therefore, the added value that one person can create cannot exceed 8 hours a day. The Richway system is designed to help people move from poverty to abundance, from failure to success.
However, to do that, we must first understand the difference between success and failure. Many multi-level companies have a short average tenure of around three months. In contrast, Richway's salespeople have an average tenure of over 15 years. Why is there such a huge difference? The Richway Compensation Plan is based on working with ease and joy without adding extra stress to our already stressful lives.

Life is full of challenges and stresses, but there's no need to add another layer of stress to our work. The Richway Business is designed to help millions of people while working with a comfortable mind.

3Commission & Bonus Brief

Richway’s business model is designed to be simple and easily understandable for anyone.
While it may seem confusing at first, once you grasp the underlying principles, you will see that all compensation plans operate on a simple concept.

The Richway Compensation Plan is divided into three main categories:
1) Commission
2) Bonus
3) Special Bonus


(1) Commission: A commission refers to a percentage of the amount paid for the products sold.

[A]. Ice breaker period 3 months Commission
Ice breaker period for 3 months Commission: During the initial phase of starting a Richway business, the first three months are referred to as the "Ice Breaker" period. During this period, a sales commission of 20% in cash and 20% in gift certificates is provided, totaling 40%.

[B]. Partner, Gold and Emerald Commissions:
Sales commissions of 10% in cash and 10% in gift certificates, totaling 20%, are given to those who have achieved the ranks of Partner, Gold, and Emerald.
Partner rank: Sales total exceeds $1500.
Gold rank: Sales total exceeds $4500.
Emerald rank: Sales total exceeds $10,500.
Once the rank is achieved, it is permanently maintained except in chase of changes in sponsorship in the account.

[C] Diamond Commission
Once the rank of Diamond is reached, a 15% sales commission is provided indefinitely, without any time limit. In addition, joining the Diamond Club offers a 20% gift certificate, totaling of 35%. This means that upon becoming a Diamond, a person can earn a 15% cash commission and a 20% gift certificate. To reach the rank of Diamond, a person’s sales total must exceed $16,500.
Once the rank is achieved, it is permanently maintained except in chase of changes in sponsorship in the account.

[D] Royal Family Commission
Upon Becoming a Diamond rank, the Royal Family rank can be attained without any time constrains. This entitles a person to receive a total commission of 40%, consisting of 20% cash commission and 20% Product certificate. To achieve the Royal Family rank, a person must create 4 Diamond sponsors and receive $14.400 binary bonus for 12 consecutive weeks.
Once the Royal Family rank is achieved, it is permanently maintained except in chase of changes in sponsorship in the account.



(2) Bonus

[A] Binary Bonus
This bonus pays out based on your own sales as well as the total sales made by others in your group.
This means that not only can I earn a commission on what I sell but my group can also earn a commission on my sales even if I don’t sell anything. The group can continue to expand infinitely, which means that this bonus has the potential to generate an unlimited amount of income.
When signing up as a Richway salesperson, a business center is provided. For every $500 spent on Richway products, 1 business center is earned.
For example, if someone purchases $1,500 worth of Richway products, they will receive 3 business centers, and if someone purchases $5,000 worth of products, they will receive 10 business centers.
Each business center is eligible to receive bonuses for sales made by the account holder and their group.
The business center is integrated into the overall Richway system and has two connecting passageways, referred to as “legs” to connect with others. If a center is connected to two legs, nay group volume sold below that leg is accumulated in the Business center.

When a Business Center is connected to two legs, any group volume sold below that leg is accumulated in the center.
  • i. Group exceeding $3,000 from both legs.
    When sales from the left leg exceed $3,000, the volume is added to the Business center, and similarly, when sales from the right leg exceed $3,000, a cash bonus of $400 is paid by Richway (If the threshold is not met in any given, week, the credits will accumulate until the amount is exceeded).

  • ii. Group exceeding $6,000 from both legs.
    When sales from the left leg exceed $6,000, the volume is added to the Business center, and similarly, when sales from the right leg exceed $6,000, a cash bonus of $800 is paid by Richway (If the threshold is not met in any given, week, the credits will accumulate until the amount is exceeded).

  • iii. Group exceeding $9,000 from both legs.
    When sales from the left leg exceed $9,000, the volume is added to the Business center, and similarly, when sales from the right leg exceed $9,000, a cash bonus of $1,200 is paid by Richway (If the threshold is not met in any given, week, the credits will accumulate until the amount is exceeded).

Sales made under a Business Center generate weekly income for the account holder. The binary bonus is calculated in point, with each sale of $500 equaling 1 point. Thus, the bonus is determined by the total number of points accumulated by the Business Center, rather than the total sales amount.

If an account holder’s each Business Center exceeds 6 points from the left leg, and 6 points from the right leg, Richway pays a bonus of $400 that week.
*This bonus is available to Gold Executive and above.

If an account holder’s each Business Center exceeds 12 points from the left leg, and 12 points from the right leg, Richway pays a bonus of $800 that week.
*This bonus is available to Gold Executive and above.

If an account holder’s each Business Center exceeds 18 points from the left leg, and 18 points from the right leg, Richway pays a bonus of $1,200 that week.
*This bonus is available to Gold Executive and above.

With this system, one Business Center has the potential to generate $1,200 in weekly income, resulting in a maximum monthly income of $4,800 (4 weeks).

If an account holder has 3 business centers, the potential income can be $14,400 per month.
If an account holder has 10 business centers, the potential income can be $48,400 per month.

By accessing the Richway Back Office, account holders can view and manage all their Business Centers in real time.



(3) Special bonuses

Richway offers various special bonuses to help account holders maximize their income potential.

[B] Fast Success Gold Bonus $2,100
[C] Fast Success Emerald Bonus $4,000
[D] Fast Success Diamond Bonus $6,000

[A] Sponsor 2 Gold Bonus $19,000
This bonus pays $1000 when 2 salespersons that are directly sponsored by the account holder reach the Gold rank. The bonus is paid out until the ninth occurrence. When 2 downlines reach Gold on the tenth occurrence, a bonus of $1,000 is paid out. All ranks are eligible for this bonus.
1st 2 Gold sponsors: $1,000
2nd 2 Gold sponsors: $1,000
3rd 2 Gold sponsors: $1,000
4th 2 Gold sponsors: $1,000
5th 2 Gold sponsors: $1,000
6th 2 Gold sponsors: $1,000
7th 2 Gold sponsors: $1,000
8th 2 Gold sponsors: $1,000
9th 2 Gold sponsors: $1,000
10th 2 Gold sponsors: $10,000


[B] Fast Success Gold Bonus $2,100
After signing up as a Richway sales associate, account holders have the opportunity to receive an additional bonus by achieving the Gold rank within three months of signing up. This bonus is designed to reward new sales associates for their hard work and dedication in building their business quickly.

Upon applying for the bonus challenge, account holders are eligible to receive an additional binary bonus for 6 weeks like below for each week.
Week 1: $100
Week 2: $200
Week 3: $300
Week 4: $400
Week 5: $500
Week 6: $600

*To qualify for this challenge, sales associates must apply within 15 months of becoming a Richway Sales associates and specify their desired start date on their application.


[C] Fast Success Emerald Bonus $4,000
If a sales associate achieves the Emerald rank within 3 months of signing up with Richway, they become sales associate, you can receive this additional bonus.
Upon applying for the bonus challenge, they can receive an extra binary bonus for 6 weeks, with increasing amounts for each week:
Week 1: $100
Week 2: $200
Week 3: $300
Week 4: $400
Week 5: $1,000
Week 6: $2,000

This bonus is designed to encourage sales associates to strive for higher ranks within the Richway system and maximize their earning potential.
*To qualify for this challenge, sales associates must apply within 15 months of becoming a Richway Sales associates and specify their desired start date on their application. In addition, they can also challenge the Gold Bonus of $2,100 by submitting their application with the desired start date. This provides an opportunity for sales associates to earn even more income and achieve higher ranks within the Richway system.


[D] Fast Success Diamond Bonus $6,000
If a sales associate achieves the Emerald rank within 3 months of signing up with Richway, they can receive this additional bonus.
Upon applying for the bonus challenge, they can receive an extra binary bonus for 6 weeks, with increasing amounts for each week:
Week 1: $100
Week 2: $200
Week 3: $300
Week 4: $400
Week 5: $1,000
Week 6: $4,000

*To qualify for this challenge, sales associates must apply within 15 months of becoming a Richway Sales associates and specify their desired start date on their application. In addition, they can also challenge the Gold Bonus of $2,100 and the Emerald bonus of $4,000 by submitting their application with the desired start date. This provides an opportunity for sales associates to earn even more income and achieve higher ranks within the Richway system.


[E] Diamond Club Bonus $10,000
After becoming a Richway Diamond rank, distributors can challenge the Diamond Club Bonus by making 4 diamonds in their direct sponsorship.
For 12 weeks after signing up for this Bonus Challenge, they can receive an additional bonus every time they receive a binary bonus.

Week 4: $400
Week 5: $500
Week 6: $600
Week 7: $700
Week 8: $800
Week 9: $900
Week 10: $1,000

You can only participate in the Diamond Club Bonus Challenge once per year, and you must submit the desired start date on your application. If you successfully complete the challenge, you can receive a bonus of $10,000.


[F] Car Allowance Bonus
The Car Allowance bonus Is a great incentive for Diamond rank sales associates to keep up their hard work and dedication to the company. By maintaining 12 consecutive weeks of binary bonuses and purchasing a car, they can receive an extra 10% on top of their binary bonus for the next 60 months.

[G] M12 Bonus
After achieving the Diamond rank, if sales associates increase their monthly sales by $6,000 or more, they will receive an additional 10% of all binary bonuses earned by their direct sponsored sales associates.


[H] M18 Bonus
Upon reaching the Royal Family rank, sales associates have the opportunity to earn an extra 2% of all binary bonus earned by their group sales associates if they increase their monthly sales by $9,000 or more.
